Representative Lynn, Chair, requested that the House Special                                        
Committee on Military & Veterans' Affairs referral be waived for the                                
following:                                                                                          
                                                                                                    
    HOUSE BILL NO. 277                                                                              
    "An Act naming the Charles Gamble Jr. - Donald Sperl Joint Use                                  
    Facility in Juneau."                                                                            
                                                                                                    
The Speaker denied the request stating the committee waiver was not                                 
signed by all members of the House Special Committee on Military &                                  
Veterans' Affairs.
